ENTRY, CUSTOMS AND CITIZENSHIP INFORMATION


General

There are no customs formalities and limited passport formalities on the Molossian-United States frontier (customs treaty of 2002, pending). Molossian entry and customs regulations are the same as those applying to the USA.

Passport regulations

Citizens of the following countries may enter the Republic of Molossia with the following means of identification, without a visa:

Andorra, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Monaco, Seborga, and other any nation currently recognized by Molossia.

Persons of other nationalities, including the US, require a valid passport. Nationals of certain states as well as stateless persons and those without documents require a visa in addition.

Residence Conditions for Foreigners and Citizenship Information

Any foreign visitor can stay in Molossia for a period of three hours as a tourist.

Foreign nationals are not allowed to take up permanent employment or residence within the Republic.

Customs Regulations

The following, among other things, may be imported free of duty:

Gifts up to the value of VL 100.-.
Persons under 18 years of age may import gifts up to the value of VL 50.-.

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, drugs, alcoholic beverages and tobacco may not be imported at all.
