ENTRY, CUSTOMS AND CITIZENSHIP INFORMATION

General

There are limited customs and passport formalities on the Molossian-United States frontier (customs treaty of 2002, pending). Molossian entry and customs regulations are generally the same as those applying to the USA.

Passport regulations

Citizens of the following countries may enter the Republic of Molossia with the following means of identification, without a visa:

Andorra, Liechtenstein, San Marino, Monaco, Seborga, and other any nation currently recognized by Molossia.

Persons of other nationalities, including the US, require a valid passport. Nationals of certain states as well as stateless persons and those without documents require a visa in addition.

Any foreign visitor can stay in Molossia for a period of three hours as a tourist, with permission only. Visitors are not allowed without permission.

Foreign nationals are not allowed to take up permanent employment or residence within the Republic.

Residence Conditions for Foreigners and Citizenship Information

Citizenship in the Republic of Molossia is limited to residents of our nation only. We are not accepting new citizens nor new residents.

Customs Regulations

The following, among other things, may be imported free of duty:

Gifts up to the value of VL 100.-.
Persons under 18 years of age may import gifts up to the value of VL 50.-.

The following items are prohibited in the Republic of Molossia:

Firearms, ammunition, explosives, drugs, alcoholic beverages and tobacco are all prohibited.

Incandescent lightbulbs; Plastic shopping bags; Catfish; "Fresh" Spinach; Missionaries and salesmen; Onions; Anything, and we do mean anything, from Texas, except for Kelly Clarkson; and Walruses are also all prohibited.
