New Year's Speech

Given by His Excellency, President Kevin Baugh
January 29th, 2006 XXIX

My Fellow Molossians, Greetings.

Once again, a new dawn has risen on our beautiful country. Once again, we stand at that delicate moment when a nation pauses, takes a look at itself and recharges its energy and renews itself for the greater challenges that lie ahead. From this day onwards, our country will continue toward the future as a united, peaceful and prosperous nation.

We have had struggles in this past year, and we will have struggles in this coming year. But we have always met these struggles with grit and gallantry, and we will continue to do so. There is no enemy, no other nation that can bow the spirit of Molossia, that spirit which comes from the hearts of our citizens.

This coming year promises new challenges, true, but it also offers new rewards. Our prestige and fame grows daily, and increasingly the world looks upon us with interest and respect. With this growing awareness comes the responsibility of dignity within our nation and leadership without. I have no doubt that Molossia will rise to these challenges and set the standard for other small nations to follow.

As always, I stand before you to lead the way into the future. Our mighty nation continues to accomplish amazing things, and to overcome huge obstacles as we strive ever for greatness. I am proud of us all and there is no doubt, no question, that Molossia is the greatest country on earth.

God Bless You.
Long Live Molossia!
