Thursday, 26 May 2011 XXXIV marked the 34th Anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Molossia. For this very special day, the event was celebrated with a party in Norton Park, which included cupcakes and cookie dough ice cream. Tours of the country were given by His Excellency, The President, followed by the launching of air rockets by the Space Monument. Our tiny country hosted just five guests for this celebration, a rather small gathering compared to past Founder's Day parties. His Excellency, The President gave his annual Founder's Day Speech, after which the refreshments were had. Most of our visitors had never been to Molossia, so the visit was a new experience for them. The celebration was a great success, and a fine time was had by all!
